A quick update on how I am doing at the moment. Today I visited the oncologist again, for the second time in my second batch of treatment after my 6 weeks of radiation finished. The doctor was comfortable with my progress and I will be going ahead with my one week of chemotherapy tablets and then a three week break until I see the oncologist again. I have been feeling much stronger lately and find walking up stairs very much easier. I do still get very tired though and will fall asleep if I sit and relax for a short while. I am still on a lot of medication so I keep off the booze as much as possible but I do need to wean myself off the tablets. The positives are the additional strength I am feeling and no feeling of illness. This gives me added incentive to beat this disease.
