A random prayer just came to mind. I hope that more creative subjects get put on the school programmes here on Montserrat! I also hope that art supplies will be a lot cheaper and better. Perhaps the Government will reduce the duty on art supplies so that someone in the private sector may be encouraged to open a good art supplies store here, and the schools and aspiring artists can afford to buy better quality tools. And,perhaps the Education Dept. Will soon offer art/design scholarships for teachers interested in studying this abroad! Amen. P.s. Its a lot to ask for but I know Its possible ! :)
