A random thought about oppression: Our forefathers who fought and died for full American citizenship including the right to vote and equal participation in the dream of upward mobility. Unfortunately, no matter what laws were enacted, most Negroes failed miserably in the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. An ungodly group of christian men have suppressed and oppressed the Negro for centuries with no intention of allowing change, with corrupt police, judges, politicians, preachers, teachers, doctors, and others who are hell bent on preventing movement in the status quo. Whenever the Negro with Almighty Gods guidance sends us a leader, he is easily corrupted by the onslaught of each of the deadly sins, and if he survives that frontal attack then the medical community has at its disposal an undetectable virus for a quick exit. Who should we vote for on November 4th? Democrats or Republican or a write in candidate~Does it really matter? Will there be any real measurable progress for the Negro in the coming months, years or decades, will we NOT be executed by those sworn to serve and protect, will the miseducation of the Negro end, or will the shuttered schools be reopened, or will pure racism end, or will every American regardless of color be given full access to employment. I think not, I dont believe if we all (including our white fair minded brothers and sisters) voted for any of the candidates, and prayed, and hoped for change that there would be any true positive movement. Just a thought!
