A recent example: A couple of years ago Taco Bell came out with the Doritos Locos Taco. It was supposed to be a limited cross promotion with Doritos. CONSUMERS loved it. CONSUMERS bought them by the millions. CONSUMERS demanded they keep it on the menu. They did, and that SINGLE menu item created over 15,000 jobs in the manufacturing, shipping, marketing, and service industries. All thanks to CONSUMER DEMAND. Taco Bell, (PepsiCo), did not create all of those jobs. Taco Bell created a taco, the American CONSUMER created those jobs.
