A recent topic with a client, is how do you date and stay on plan? Well first and foremost the greatest thing you can do for yourself when beginning to date someone is to be REAL. Be honest about your current lifestyle and food choices. Because lets be honest, if the person doesnt support that from day 1, do you really think it is going to work and not cause you stress? Make it clear that you are interested in doing other things together than just food and drinking related dates. Its so common these days thats what people do- go out to eat, go out for ice-cream, etc because its an easy choice. I mean you can stay on plan eating out, but if you base your entire new relationship around eating out, then it is going to be a more difficult venture for you. What are some of your non-food related date ideas and tips for our followers who are fresh into dating? Coach Jennie
