A recently designed 1700 Sq.ft residence in Islamabad by my Architect cousin which is for sale. Consists of a living +dining,three bedrooms with attached baths,a kitchen,kitchenette,another dining space on the first floor and a room at the top floor which could be used for multiple purposes like a lounge /bedroom or a store . The house is designed in a way that the ground and the first floor can be segregated.
