A registered member of ICAI or an MBA in Finance from a tier-1/A+ institute. 2. Strong work tenure: 5-8 years of experience in financial management, planning etc. preferably in corporate with multiple businesses. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Oracle and other financial software. Skills and competencies: 1.Strong financial acumen - Understanding of corporate business structures, risk management, compliance, funding structures- equity, banks, VC, IPO etc. 2.
