A riot broke out from 7 am - 8 am this morning at Xuan Loc Prison camp, division 1, where conscience prisoner Tran Huynh Duy Thuc and other are detained. Cause: prisoners were beaten, diet garbled. The prisoners were holding a hostage, Hồ Phi Thắng, the Superintendent of Xuan Loc prison camp inside. The prisoners were taking control of the situation inside, the police did not enter inside the area.
