“A ruler who oppresses the poor is like a driving rain that leaves no crops. Those who forsake the law praise the wicked but those who keep the law resist them. Evil men do not understand justice, but those who seek the Lord understand it fully.” (Pr. 28:3-5) Forsaking the law to oppress the poor, this is done by evil men, evil rulers who do not understand justice. Only those who seek the Lord truly understand justice. We need people in government and judicial position who understand justice, who seek the Lord. Pray for those in authority to seek Him.
