A said: Hi all ! Looking for some tips. My baby never was good settle herself to sleep. We had a bedside cot and toke a while for her to be able to sleep there without me touching, holding her etc, but after a while she has been great. The problem started again when we tried to change her to her own room.. She wakes up several times and its impossible for her to settle back to sleep without being hold / rocking, sometimes I put her down and shes fine for the rest of the nigh ( the few) but the most of them she wakes up immediately or after 1 hr so. I know that she can sleep all Night trough cause she does in our room. Could be separation anxiety ( shes 6m old) ? Any tips, books, experiences to share to do the transition easier ? No crying out tips please !! Thanks in advance
