A sedulous person is someone who works hard and doesnt give up easily. Everyone is sedulous. Everyone has the capability of not giving up. Everyone has the same amount of chances given as everyone. Everyone has options...... What separates them is who wants it more. Who wants to earn what theirs. Think about this and remember to always be sedulous. Tonights workout consisted of a 4 mile run along with some intense circuit training. It was a good day to workout. It was a good day to put in work. It was a good day to thank God for our healthy beings. Its a good day to thank friends and family and get them on board in the world of fitness. It was just a good day. Have a good night everyone.
