A series of unfortunate events, not the book by Lemony Snicket, - TopicsExpress

A series of unfortunate events, not the book by Lemony Snicket, but the actual occurrences that happen simultaneously and have you wondering whether bad news, illness or death just bent the corner approaching you full speed ahead. I am told that unfortunate events come in threes, but i understand that they could come in any given order and number. Ironically, a series of fortunate events will have you contemplating the same possible outcomes bad news, illness, death, etc. But why? Why cant our minds always stick to the positive outcomes none the less of the events that have taken place? Its as if theres an automated switch in your brain thats on negative and you cant seem to reach it at will. So, how do we disengage that switch? How do we remain positive regardless of the events happening beyond our control? and how do we prevent these events from impeding on our already so delicate lives. No reverse psychosis, instead we need to learn how NOT to react. Paying attention, focusing on a chore or task that needs commencement or completion, and most importantly keeping calm, are all simple & effective maneuvers toward a composed and less worrisome you. This maneuvering can be referred as meditation. Which is the rail road to happiness that by golly, we all surely deserve. You could either sit with yourself, play your favorite music, frolic in uninhabited nature, remain in a steady momentum of work, like hobbies or study, or anything that you must inevitably do on a daily basis. No matter what occurs with the potential to throw you off course, we must remember that its potential is deciphered by the energy we give it, Positive or negative. Call these maneuvers a distraction to distract you from being distracted, if you must. lol However, without much elaboration, it is paying attention and being open to receive lessons while remaining and coexisting with the series of your life. The life that you my friend, have full control of. Happy receiving, Jozet gonzague.
