A series of works begun when I was living in Italy, in the eighties. They usually move in the sphere of Symbolism, in an abstractive mood, playing with the transfiguration of the form. Paintings, mainly of an intellectual context, which give me the pleasure to exploit the power of colours and forms at their utmost. A "game" with the effect of the scheme colour - shape, on a psychological level. Escaping from my usual way of expression into the "Transfigurations", would be defined in literary terms, as the passing from a novel to a poem. go back
