A sleep question. My 4 month old son is having major sleep issues. He started doing really well for awhile only waking up once or twice a night and going back to sleep rather quickly after a quick nursing session. Over the last couple of weeks it has been awful! He takes forever to get to sleep and when he finally does hes waking up every 1-2 hours. He will fall asleep in my arms and when I go to put him down he snaps right back awake and is mad about it. I dont know what to do. Is this something he should grow out of in a month or two? Should I maybe cut dairy back out of my diet? I do pull him into bed with me when he wakes up around 4/5 am since at that point I can barely keep my eyes open to even pick him up, but I dont want to make that a habit. I do a wind down routine of a bath, etc. so Im establishing something. Please help! Im exhausted!-Meagan
