A small boy named Shambu lived in a tiny primitive village. He was not very bright n all his classmates laughed at him for his stupidity especially his teacher who described him as a disaster n the dumbest boy she had seen in her whole career. Shambus mum could not accept such feedback n not only did she withdraw Shambu frm the school but also relocated to another city. 25yrs later, dat teacher suffered a complex cardiovascular disease n had to undergo a surgery only one surgeon cld perform effectively. She had no choice n u nderwent the surgery which was successful. When she opened her eyes, she saw the handsome doctor smiling @ her. Being under anaesthesia, she would hve loved to thank the doctor but cld not talk whilst the doctor advised her to keep calm n easy. He was starin @ her face whilst it turned blue. She raised her hand trying to tell him something but in vain n eventually died. The doctor was shocked n trying hard to understand what had just happened till he noticed the cleaner in the room, who had just unplugged the oxygen machine to connect his vacuum cleaner! His name was Shambu!!! What? Dont tell me u were thinking Shambu became a doctor!He didnt change � *rotfl*
