A small contribution, pattern-template plasma cutting. (1)My Leaf pattern cut by new gantry CNC I built last week, a jigsaw will work as well, I know most you guys are not nerds. Done in Luan, I have used cardboard for a few items. (2)Traced the pattern template with my plasma cutter on copper sheet. (3) tipped in the leaf details with homemade tipping wheel over soft skateboard lower wheel, thanks to Lazze (youtube) for this method. (4) whole ordeal took less than 45 minutes. Leaves ready to construct my wifes Copper vine, she is going after tubing now at the home-building store. (5) I brought the old +20 year old Pattern flame cutter out of retirement, can now copy my hotrod and motorcycle parts in thick metal too. That is a outside pattern thou, not a inside tracer.
