A snack should be built not just consumed! I am on a gaining week. Been on the low side of my goal for two weeks so started boosting calories last week and continuing this week. My spouse made a beautiful chocolate cream cheese pie with chocolate shredded topping. My calorie intake for this week is 3000 to 3600 so a snack a couple days this week is in my agenda, of course like I said if your going to snack it must be built, need that protein that goes long with all that sugar as well as some good bacteria for the flora, so my snack as I call my hobbit breakfast because it needs to be done early in the day is a nice piece of her fabulous pie, 1/2 cup greek yogurt, 1/8 cup peanut butter, a Twinkie and a cup of coffee. I ll figure out the calories later but since I am on a high calorie week I am not worried in the least! All I can say is eat your heart out !!!!!ummm....
