A sneaky little Gluteus Medius targeting trick By keeping your body in as straight a line as possible (bending your bottom leg slightly behind you so as to prevent falling backwards or wobbling), keep your foot flexed and leg straight, and keep the movements controlled upwards and downwards by squeezing the Gluteus Medius the entire motion through... 10 full range reps, then 10 pulses at the top, 10 in the middle and 10 at the bottom... do this 3 times per leg, 3 days a week.... let me know how it goes!!
