A son will celebrate eid for the first time without his mother, A father will for the first time in years celebrate it without his daughter, A mother will not have her children to awaken on the morning of eid. The smiles have been replaced by tears, and the joy by fears, We celebrate this day oh People of Gaza, with a heavy heart, But the longer this goes, the stronger this ummah becomes, Many a time, this ummah has suffered, but after every suffering it rose from the ashes, We feel your pain, my brothers and sisters, We feel your pain, my aunts and uncles, We feel your pain, my sons and fathers, We feel your pain, my daughters and mothers, We celebrate this day oh People of Gaza, with a heavy heart, You are in our prayers and were not just with you, but we are you...the Ummah of Muhammad. (Sallahu alaihi was Salam)
