A state cannot simultaneously exercise control over a territory it - TopicsExpress

A state cannot simultaneously exercise control over a territory it occupies and militarily attack that territory on the claim that it is “foreign” and poses an exogenous national security threat. In doing precisely that, Israel is asserting rights that may be consistent with colonial domination, but simply do not exist under international law. Of course Israel doesnt care about international law. Israel does not have a right to defend itself militarily under international law, not when they are already stealing the land and ruling the people with military occupation of their country, and making new settlements on Palestinian territories. They are only allowed to use police force, not drop bombs. If Israel is the most moral country in the Middle East, then why is it just bombing homes, mosques, schools, disabled living centers, 3 hospitals, cafes, etc...? How can anyone with even below normal intelligence not see the major massacre happening in front of their eyes, and how can you as a human justify it in your mind and heart.
