A stone is a stone and a river is a river. Never expect a stone to - TopicsExpress

A stone is a stone and a river is a river. Never expect a stone to be river or a river to be a stone. Accept a stone for being a stone and the river for being a river. They may interact with each other and yet they are not each other. Each has its distinct qualities, texture and feel. If you try to make the stone a river you may end up with sand in your hand and if you try to make the river a stone you may end of with an empty river bed.
