A storm will move towards Utah late Christmas Eve, but ahead of the cold front, warmer and windy weather...and decent travel conditions will be expected tomorrow. Rain will turn to snow over much of Western Utah early Christmas Day. Three to seven inches will fall in the valleys, six to twelve inches in the East Benches and 12 to 24 inches in the mountains by Friday morning. Much colder weather will follow into the weekend.
