A thoroughly professional camp starts on 25th May where as in the athletes will be introduced to lung, endurance, speed endurance, agility, muscle endurance, train with body weight and endurance to make you understand how to train for basketball fitness. Latest techniques from US will be introduced about basic fundamentals and you will taught how to make them tactics against opponents.This is not residential camp but a routine camp for one month two sessions per day giving you rest for one session in between and full day rest o Sunday.
