A true story !! Dentist tries to set an immediate implant after extraction 26, which fails because of insufficient primary stability. This action causes an undiscovered mouth-antrum-connection apical of mesio-vestibular root alveole. As dentist promised the patient to restore him immediately after tooth loss, he tries to fix a temporary bridge and preparates 25 totally and 27 only partially, so he starts to make the impression. But he unfortunately does not recognize the open sinus during impression and temporary fixation. The patient came to us 2 weeks after all mentioned manipulations with running pus through the nose and intraoraly in regio 26. The rest of the story is down below documented. Please note our microscopic minimally invasive approach without any additional damage of alveolar ridge of 26 to get all foreign bodies out of the sinus.
