A very Good Morning 2u my Beloved Homzas/Bakhaya. My life is in ur capable revolutionary progressive, eyes, ears, hands & minds. Jst as a way of motivation & stimulating productivity amongst us. Allow me 2 sharing with U my highlight of de past 5 working days: One of de greatest & untapped talents hidden within my capabilities, I recently discovered thru my extensive interaction with learners across de Globe, is de Teaching/Educator calling, which 4 de love & career ambition of being a Reverend, Medical and/or Legal Practitioner, I cudnt pursue due 2 various repressive Apartheid propelled socio-ecomic ills. Having joined hands recently with Chippas Place. Ive bn constantly approached by Grd-11 Learners 4rm de two academically progressive Higher learning schools within de Mbekweni Community, respectively. Dat is Simon Hebe/Desmond Mpilo Tutu High & Ihlumelo Senior Secondary. The DMTH learners whose Class Educator is Mr. Xolile Mqungquthu, visited my office 4 their Geography subject assignment/research project. Dey were conducting an environmental impact assessment study of local businesses within their community. I had, Thandokazi Nyila, Sivuyisiwe Bonani, Sanelisiwe Mkhosana & Busisiwe Desemela all being Grd 11G class learners. I must, however, say dis grp disappointed me 4 not making de necessary follow-up appointment we had with dem 2 creating de poster dey were tasked 2 do 4 presenting their research findings. Time Management, I found it being de critical skill lacking amongst dem. Dat also depicts de nature of de School, & de kind of Educators dey have. Truth B told. & #Enoughsaid. I therefore prepared a feedback letter 2 de School Principal uBhuti waam uMr. Allah. Bt 4 reasons unknown 2 me de Learners never came bck 2 collecting it with de presentation poster, we were suppose 2 create, & de letter is lying collecting dust on my desktop. Now, herein with me, on dis picture, I am comfortably & cozy anchored by Ihlumelo Senior Secondary, also Grd-11, Business Studies Learners under de Stewardship of Ms Mziki (I suppose is Siphokazi). Which I affectionately & distinctively prefer naming dem after my Mbekweni Higher Primary School Standard-5A Grp of highly performing Learners in 1983, under de mentorship of de Late Principal Tsholoba - The Mighty Stars! Diz learners even though, dey also approached me at short notice, without any appointment, or prior arrangement by de School, or de Educator concern. Dey came fully prepared, having proactively done de bulk of their school work of which I had 2 polish some facts which on assumption wud have negatively misrepresented our business. Dey were task 2 conduct a SWOT Analysis of our Business Operations within de broader Paarl Valley/Mbekweni Businesss competitive environment. It turns out dat their Educator gave dem ample tym 2 independently wrk as a grp without having given dem a specific submission date. Only 2b told a day B4. Class 2moro I want my assignment Can U believe it? Again Time Management. Now diz brilliant & disciplined future Leaders with a high morale didnt groan & moan. Dey quickly did what dey cud independently. Hence some false representation of facts which on engaging further we managed 2 amicably resolved. They are 4rm my right-left on dis pic: Dineo Thebe, Nthabiseng Matsoara, Yonelisa Witbooi(Project Leader), & on my left Samella Dantie and Dyonta Nasiphi. Wooow! In a nutshell I am deeply moved by all diz Learners 4 independently chose 2 associating demselves with our Action-Learning business environment. Above all critiques made inhere, which I suppose R born of a need 2 constructively engage each others businesses 2 promoting an Outcomes based Teaching & Action-Learning enabling learning environment. We need 2 accept where we R unable 2 perform well & B able 2 open up 2 suggestions dat wud assist us going forward. I wud like 2 collectively thank all de above Learners respectively, 4 having shown interest, confidence & demonstrated a proficient willingness in associating & familiarizing demselves with our Chippas Place business environment, which we hope thru diz kind of interactions with schools. We can eventually break de negative perceptions & stereotypes born out of jealousy, against R highly performing schools & Mr. Z.B. Mlatas individual successes within de Mbekweni Community & de Paarl Valley @ large. I wud like 2 openly welcome all schools around us, even those in Paarl North & South, Paarl CBD, Paarl East, Wellington, Gouda, Hermon & Saron, 2 visit our internationally renown & tourist attraction Business Environment. 4 as long as myself & Chippa lives, we shall continue adding value, & striving 2 make a better life 4 ALL. We wud also like 2 extend our good luck wishes 2 all the Learners within R under resourced Paar Valley Townships Communities, during & post 3rd Quarter Trial Exams (if still applicable) & on their Final Exams. AMAAANDLA!!
