A very good read .... ______________________________________________________________ Kashif N Chaudhry If there are any Muslims who believe only they will enter heaven, please do so in peace and leave the rest of humanity alone. As a Muslim myself, I do not share this view one bit. The Quran makes it clear that salvation is Gods only to decide. Moreover, multiple verses (e.g. 2:62; 5:69) make it clear that Muslims do not have monopoly over salvation. The verses specifically mention Jews, Christians etc. I remember at least three friends from medical school telling me I was going to hell for being an Ahmadi Muslim. I always smiled back. Then, there was this gentleman who did not know I was Ahmadi and told me how our anatomy instructor (a Hindu) was hell-bound. There are similar self-righteous Christians, Jews etc I run into once in a while. Remember my theist friends, just a religious label does not insure you against any bad outcomes. Focus on your deeds. Do good and spread peace and strive for the betterment of humanity. Find salvation in your heart and leave judgement to the Judge.
