A very interesting read... Pro boxer (current British Lightweight champion) & personal trainer Martin Gethins testimonial I started boxing at the age 6. All the years of boxing Ive tried lots of different supplements & shakes I felt ok then when I went professional I needed to up my game which is harder training and no head guard lol to get the best out of me I would need to eat a lot of food but then I would find it hard to make my weight.
