A very sad day for America. I will never forget where I was and what I was doing when my husband called and said turn on the TV. Just as the second plane crashed into the towers. He said I have to go. Will touch base with you later. As my sister-in-law and I sat in the dining room, shocked at what we were seeing. When the plane hit the pentagon and one crashed into a field in PA, we could only sit there with tears in our eyes and heavy hearts. Wondering all the while if there were more planes and would one land in the building where my husband worked. For days after the TV was on and we watched as the horror continued to unfold. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the souls lost and the families who were left to make sense of the horrible events of that day.
