A view from my workout this morning. Cant complain! Its hard to not feel energized when surrounded by such beauty. And to think...all of creation in all its beauty is just a shadow, a fingerprint, of the One who defines and creates such beauty. YOU and I are a fingerprint of His beauty. Its true! Comment below and tag a friend who you want to do this workout with you. ______________________________ THE 4 MOVE WORKOUT: 20 second work/10 second rest. Repeat all 4 moves in a row, 6-8xs through (Use of step or high ledge optional) 1. Alternating lunges with or without hops. -windmill your arms for bigger lift off if jumping and more range of motion if not jumping. 2. Twisted Mountain Climbers - plank position, right knee to left elbow, twist at torso, repeat other side. 3. Push Ups - plyo push up optional 4. Tricep Dip - one leg off the ground for more of a challenge and ab control. Keep the leg lifted up, lifted high and tricep dip. Be sure to keep your bottom close to the ledge so you are lowering straight down and lifting straight up. A lot of people make the mistake of moving their butt away from the ledge in hopes to make it easier. It just makes it more work for the shoulders and not the triceps. ADD jump lift from the supporting leg is optional.
