A well-schooled electorate, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and read Books, shall not be infringed. See anything indicating or implying that books with more than 13 chapters...or 400 pages...or red covers...or large print editions are excluded from this inviolate, unconditional right? See any allowance for study and research restrictions to book-ownership? See any one book per month or cooling off period limitations?
