A woman asked to have a chat with me this arvo. Had no idea why. She opened up about the breakdown emotionally, mentally and physically in her life. Have deep empathy having done those in my own way. She appreciated someone understanding, and was able to share some of my important learning from my ongoing journey of healing and recovery. I saw the lights switch on from hopelessness and despair to possibility and new patterns of being.
