A woman has been raped after accepting a lift on a coastal path in Bangor. The attack happened in the Downshire Road area in the early hours of Tuesday morning after the victim accepted a lift from three men. She was assaulted by one of those in the silver Ford car at around 3am, according to police. Her attacker is said to be six feet tall, with dark brown hair and wearing a grey hooded top and blue jeans. Police have appealed for anyone with information to come forward.
