A woman recently gave me this gorgeous meditative song. I listen to it over and over again. Ive been looking for a practice that resonates with me and Im now doing a 40 day KundaliniyogaGirl practice. About 90 days ago I had the amazing pleasure of being invited to #heaveninbali and visited with a shaman for my first time. His presence is pure love, wisdom and acceptance. Rick Pursell and his family is such a blessing. The property is incredible and is a sanctuary for any soul that needs a break. It was the beginning of my listening, really. And shutting up. I also met the lovely Lisa Wright who led me in my first Kriya overlooking the the Bali Jungle and Sunrise. It was amazing. She was so patient with me and I decided I wanted to learn Kriyas and take on learning Kundalini.
