A wonderful evening with friends who had registered for my dinner event on 6th September 2014. Guests were from amche Maharashtra and Assam. It was like Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Isai ham sab to hai bhai bhai. True sense of bridging cultural gap through food. Salad political :) Puri tirangi, chicken sukka, Dal-Makhi, Achari baigan, Dahi-vada, jeera rice, papad and chutney. Trifle as dessert. Thankyou Shreeram and Connect With Locals.
