A wonderful person left this earth a few hours ago. Mimi as we knew her my Mother in Law went to heaven to sit at the side of god. That is the only place for such an unselfish and loving person. She raised 2 incredible children and was a key part of her 4 grandchildren lives as she never in a their years missed ONE event! She gave her time, money, love, and attention to assure every detail of every party, game, event, meal, etc was perfect. I was fortunate to meet her daughter 28 years ago and catch her. It was not an easy task! Mimi made me part of the family and comfortable from the first time we met. I was blessed to know her for the past 28 years and watch her share her love with all her family and friends. She will be missed by all! Mimi will live on thru her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids! The past 7 days have been a blessing as I was able to spend unlimited time with my wife, 2 daughters, neice, brother in law, and sister in law, as we cared for my father in law and spent the last days with Mimi in the hospital! We laughed, cried, told stories, shared love, talked about what the future would be like, I would not trade these 7 days with this wonderful group for anything. I am so glad we cut our trip short and flew 1700 miles home 5 days early as these days have been one of our greatest gifts. My brother in law is a rock! He has been a pillar for the family and carried an incredible load over the past year! We are blessed and loved by so many friends and family thank you for your calls, emails, and text!
