A workshop on holistic development was organized at KNGDMEC campus of Dr. K. N. Modi Foundation on the 28th of Nov. 2014. The workshop was conducted by the founder of Athena International Academy of Behavioral Sciences and Evolutionary Human Skills- Ms. Renu Fotedar. Ms. Renu is an experienced and qualified transpersonal counselor with a background of Psychotherapy, Transpersonal Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming. She has 17 years experience providing coaching, developing workshops, and delivering courses to develop unique skill sets that enhance the quality of life in every sphere. The workshop was attended by PGDM, BBA, BCA students and the members of the faculty. The main focus was on building life skills, leadership skills, entrepreneurial skills, and more specifically, integrating feminine energy with entrepreneurship. The workshop addressed the issues closely related to day to day life, thereby developing leadership out of very basic things of life. It emphasized that the most important things of life, such as freedom and happiness, are absolutely free, and, should be taken on priority. The workshop went on for about three hours with a lot of interaction between Ms. Renu and the students.
