A year ago, Phoenix Police Officer Scott Sefranka was fighting for his life after being shot in the line of duty. Most people dont realize that there is mental trauma that accompanies incidents like this, which can be just as difficult to overcome as the physical trauma. Despite the fact he and MCSO Posse Member Phillip Grigg almost lost their lives, Officer Sefranka continues to move forward after his critical incident and wants to see other officers be able to do the same.
