SALARY: B2 (P43, 356- P51, 996) per annum LEAVE: 20 working days per annum BENEFITS: Contributory Pension Scheme (Govt pays 15% employee pays 5%) Optional Medical Aid Scheme (Govt pays 50% employee pays 50%) 30% Fire Allowance QUALIFICATION: Firemanship Course and Basic Ambulance Attendance Course. EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years as Fireman Driver II/Pump Operator Grade II at B3 scale KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED • Creativity and Innovativeness • Building and Managing Relationships • Sound Communication Skills • Managing Performance DUTIES • Drives and operates fire appliances. • Operates fire pumps and other fire service equipment • Provides first aid • Carries out rescue operations. • Conducts standard tests of fire pumps and related equipment. • Under takes any other related duties as directed by the management.
