A year ago today I left London and tomorrow I find myself doing it all over again. Coming back and being back with the people I’ve come to fall in love with was an experience that can’t be described in words. What have I learned from absence and reunions? More than I could have hoped for. I’ve learned that hugs should be longer, kisses should be more frequent, laughing should be consistent, feelings should be shared, tears should be shed and most importantly appreciation for each other should be given. I’ve also come to realize that distance cannot destroy relationships filled with depth and relationships grown out of love. Every day should be filled with one activity, one person or one thing that will bring a smile to your face; make it count. To the people here, thank you for being the thing that makes me happy over the past month. This summer has been filled with experiences that will make me smile decades from now. To the cities: London, Berlin and Stockholm I say, “Thank you for your beauty.” For the people inside those cities I say, “Thank you for being even more beautiful.” To both old friends and to wonderful new friends, you all rock and I’m in love with each and every one of you
