A year ago today I lost one of the most precious, influential people in my life, my Grandmother Anita. I seriously cannot believe it’s already been a year. I feel like it was just yesterday when they told me she only had a month to live, just yesterday when I last hugged her, talked stories with her, or just sat with her in content watching tacky movies on Lifetime. I know a lot of people don’t understand the love I share with my Grandma Anita, but she helped raised me, and I took very special care of her in the last 4 years of her life when she was ill, so our bond was very strong. I was Grandma’s baby girl!! Although I joke around a lot on FBland, & not a lot of people know the real deal behind my smile, this year has literally been the hardest year of my life, mainly for her absence and its affect on my family, but its been a never ending battle of testing my patience & strength through these hardships. I miss her soooooo much, and would give anything to see her again. I love you crazy Grandma, and I hope that you’re somewhere drinking coffee and eating unlimited sweets, and watching your Lawrence Welk. I’ll see you again someday, thank you for everything youve ever done for me, I wouldnt be ME without you!!! & Thank you for sending wonderful things my way (My Grandma Beth & Co).
