A young man lost his life in a confrontation with a police - TopicsExpress

A young man lost his life in a confrontation with a police officer. The evidence, the testimonies, the facts, and ultimately the Grand Jury found that Officer Darren Wilson was justified in his actions and no indictment will be forth coming. What a freaking shame that the answer from the so called supporters of the deceased is to destroy peoples lively hoods. Even after his parents, the ones who lost the most in this situation, asked for peace. How do you expect that anyone will take your cause seriously when you are promoting your cause through criminal activity. The only good thing I heard so far from the true supporters of the family is the idea for a bill that would make body cameras required for all police officers. I have worn these cameras and they have provided me proof that what I said happened, in fact did happen. If Officer Wilson would have had a camera on his person, and it proved exactly what the evidence showed, I truly do not believe it would have made a difference in this case. There was an agenda here and that agenda had nothing to do with getting to the facts. I am praying for the good people of Ferguson. I am praying for Officer Wilson and his family who will have to always be looking over their shoulders for a long time. I pray for the family of the deceased. And lastly I pray for this country, that it will find its moral compass again. That respect for human life will have meaning again.
