ABRUPT CHANGES ON THE WAY SATURDAY! RAIN - Showers will develop inland in the morning then spread toward the coast during the afternoon. Graupel (soft hail) is possible with some of the showers. Skies will clear late Saturday night and it will be sunny on Sunday. WIND - There wont be much wind in the morning, but it will steadily increase during the afternoon and evening and gust between 30-35 mph. Winds will gradually decrease late Saturday night and Sunday. COLD - Most areas will peak in the upper 40s to low 50s, but temps will fall through the 40s during the afternoon and evening thanks to the rain. Of course, the wind alone will make it feel even colder. FIRST FROST/FREEZE of the season will occur for many areas Sunday night/Monday morning.
