ABS FOR YOU Mark Abs Diet The following diet is conducted five days over six weeks , it is important to get used to eating 6 times a day , plus breakfast, lunch and dinner, you should eat three meals as follows . Meal times : 08:00 am - Breakfast 11:00 am - Snack 1 13:00 pm - Lunch 16:00 pm - Snack 2 18:00 pm - Dinner 20:00 pm - Snack 3 Day 1 : Breakfast : Special Smoothie Snack 1 : 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder and 6 cubes of ice. Lunch: 1 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread , 1 green apple and 1 cup of skim milk. Snack 2: 30 grams of almonds, 1 ½ cup of fruit (blueberries , blackberries, strawberries) Dinner: Meatballs miss with lean ground beef . Snack 3: Special Liquid 350 ml . How to prepare special smoothie : Is prepared as follows , 1 cup skim milk, 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt or fat , ½ cup oats cooked in water , 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons protein powder and 6 cubes ice. Day 2: Breakfast : An egg sandwich . Snack 1 : One cup of oatmeal and two tablespoons of peanut butter. Lunch: Chicken salad with lettuce , tomato , carrot , green mimiento fat Italian dressing . Snack 2: Three slices of turkey and an orange. Dinner: 350 g boiled chicken . Snack 4: 30 g of almonds and 120 grams of melon. Day 3 : Breakfast : Special Liquefied but added two strawberries.
