AC Saldua asks: Hello lovely cakers! I have been asked to do this design. It will be coffee walnut cake for the 6 top, red velvet middle 8 and dummies for the rest with fresh real roses. All real cakes to be filled with swiss meringue buttercream (coffee & cream cheese flavours) and will be coated in ganache. The 6 & 10 will be decorated with dots (piped royal icing or dragees) and the middle will be brush embroidery. I suck at pricing. I hope you can help. I was thinking £295. Is it too much? Also, i will need to refrigerate the red velvet (where I will do brush embroidery). Do you think the royal icing will bleed/melt after taking it out of the fridge? Thanks so much for your help!
