Character strengths needed include creativity to think outside the box, flexibility to manage multiple projects, thoroughness to ensure accuracy and quality, responsibility to take clear ownership of a job or to clarify who owns it, and dependability to meet production goals and deadlines. 6. Technical skills required include use of Adobe InDesign & Photoshop. To a lesser degree Adobe Illustrator. Skills that can be acquired on the job include Acrobat, MailChimp, Vimeo, VAE & SilverStripe (website platforms), Fiery (in-house Xerox printer), PowerPoint, and DropBox.
