As I embark upon my third year of living as a near-Eastsider in Madison, I went to pay my internet bill, only to discover that Charter had recognized my second anniversary as a paying customer. And nothing screams, Thanks for your business! louder than by jacking up my rates by an additional 25%. Splendid. Looks like its time to go internet shopping. Cant imagine it will be that difficult to find a reasonably fast connection speed for less than $59 a month.
