Ok friends...ive been doing pretty good these past few months...just decided to start doing things differently to change some things i dont like...no pork, seafood, or soda. Drink about 9 32 oz bottles of water a day, cut out 95% of my sugar intake, lowered my caloric intake per-day, and have been hitting the gym 3-4 times a week (been slacking the past week or so on this from busy work schedule etc. But picking back up the reins asap). The scale has shown some pretty nice results (15-20 lbs in the past two and a half months) but i seem to be reaching a point where its time to make another change. I want to cut down my caloric intake again...but am in need of advice/direction. Anyone know where i can find information on how to go about this the best way? Apps/websites/books? Any and all input is appreciated :)
