ACCURATE ENGINES WARRANTY: 0-12 Months: Against Factory Workmanship and Material - Customer assuming 0% of part and labor expense under the terms of our factory written warranty. Fluid fees, hazardous waste and shop materials are not included. 12-36 Months: Customer assuming 0% of part expenses and 0% of "in shop" labor expenses. Customer assuming removal and re-installation expenses (One time only of $300.00). Fluid fees, hazardous waste and shop materials are not included. 1) All warranty including any replacement of parts or labor must have prior written factory approval. WE DO NOT COVER DIAGNOSTIC CHARGES. 2) Replaces parts must be returned with claim for credit. 3) Any claim for labor allowances will be determined from hours listed on All Data Manufacturers Warranty Hours and are compensated at a factory approval rate of $55.00 an hour. 4) No removal or re-installation coverage will be provided when engine failure is caused by any of the circumstances listed in lines 5, 6, and 7. We will not cover removal and re-installation labor when the engine is installed by the customer or an installing agent for the customer. ACCURATE ENGINES DOES OFFER AN UPGRADED WARRANTY INCLUDING ONE TIME R&R COVERAGE (NO QUESTIONS ASKED) FOR A FEE OF $395.00, UPGRADE MUST BE SELECTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORDER. IN ADDITION, WE OFFER A 100,000 MILEAGE WARRANTY FOR AN ANNUAL FEE OF $69.00 A YEAR, FOR MICHIGAN RESIDENTS ONLY. 5) Warranty does not apply to failure from accident, abuse, abnormal operation, failure to perform routine maintenance, or damages arising from inefficiency of parts (carburetor, distributor, radiator, water pump, air cleaner, etc.) All items not included in our engine assembly. All external parts or internal components supplied from the manufacturer will be warranted by the parts manufacturer, not Accurate Engines. Only OEM approved parts and equipment should be installed in your vehicle. High performance additions are not covered and may void warranty. 6) Accurate Engines will not cover engine problems caused by overheating. A heat tab has been installed on every motor that will identify if a motor has been overheated. 7) A DIRTY OR IMPROPER INSTALLATION VOIDS THE WARRANTY. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THE REPLACEMENT OF THE PLENUM. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTAMINATION IF RECOMMENDATION IS IGNORED. 8) This warranty will only become effective when invoice for assembly and related services are paid in full. 9) No removal or re-installation coverage with marine applications. 10) No removal or re-installation coverage in Class A Motor Homes. 11) Oil and coolant leaks will be covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. 12) The total of all benefits paid under this warranty shall not exceed the price you paid for the engine. 13) This warranty shall be interpreted under the laws of the state of Michigan. All legal actions arising out of work performed by Accurate Engines, including claims arising under this warranty, shall be conducted only in the courts located in the City of Grandville, State of Michigan having subject matter jurisdiction. This choice of jurisdiction and venue is mandatory and not permissive, thereby precluding the possibility of litigation or trial in any jurisdiction or venue other than that specified herein. -All charges other than those specifically provided for in this warranty are the responsibility of the owner. Under no circumstances will Accurate Engines be responsible for oil, antifreeze, towing charges, telephone calls, freight, lost profits, lost time, loss of use, substitute transportation while unit is out of operation, or other consequential damages. -Seller makes no warranty of merchant-ability with respect to the goods sold under this agreement. The obligations assumed under this warranty are as specifically stated and are in lieu of other obligations, warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. By signing the buyer agrees that Accurate Engines will not be responsible for these charges. -Warranty is transferable from original purchaser up to 6 months after original purchase. A $199.00 transfer must be paid at the time of transfer. The new warranty holder has the option to upgrade the warranty at the time of transfer if this has not already been done.
