ADDC inspects ongoing developmental works UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER-27:- To assess the pace of progress on different developmental projects being executed under Rural Development Department (RDD), Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) and Public Works Department (PWD), Additional District Development Commissioner Udhampur, Ajay Singh Jamwal inspected ongoing developmental works in different Panchayats in tehsil Ramnagar. Deputy Director Planning DRDA, S. L. Gupta, Engineers of PMGSY and PWD, Block Development Officer Dudu-Basantgarh and other field staff accompanied the ADDC during the tour. The ADDC visited various panchayats including Dudu- Basantgarh, Ramnagar, Incha, Keya, Chitrari, Rasligaderian, Chakal and Siameri. He inspected various construction works being executed by PWD, PMGSY and Rural Development Department. During the visit, he inspected the construction work of bridge over Ujj River at panchayat Siameri being executed by Public works department. He also asked the concerned officers of Rural Development and Works departments to accelerate the tempo of construction works taken in hand besides the restoration works so that their completion would be ensured in a stipulated time frame.
