Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases 2. Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information 3. Email marketing 4. Assisting with all aspects of administrative management 5. Managing inventory of assets and supplies, monitoring critical level of stocks, and sourcing for suppliers when in need 6. Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems 7.
